Sh. Jagdish Rai Singal is the Founder and Promoter of the Eastman Group. A highly renowned industrialist, he is considered the backbone of the organization. He firmly believes in strong leadership backed by expert guidance in the industrial sector.
Under his visionary leadership, Eastman has received four National Export Awards over the past 30 years. (These prestigious awards are presented annually, with only 20 companies honored at the national level.)
Additionally, the company was conferred with the Special Latin American Countries Focus Award by the Government of India for its outstanding export performance.
Mr. Shekhar Singal (Executive Director)
With a people-oriented approach, Mr. Shekhar Singal is known for being extremely resourceful and a capable administrator. His out-of-the-box ideas have significantly contributed to the advancement of our business. Always ready to face challenges, he consistently motivates his team to excel in every domain. His innovative thinking continues to pave a smooth path for Eastman’s growth.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, he is the Managing Partner and Executive Director of Eastman Auto & Power Limited (a sister concern of the Eastman Group). He also serves as a Director at Rohit Heritage Jewellers (P) Ltd., offering valuable insights and strategic guidance.
Mr. S.K. Vadhera (Independent Director)
Mr. Vadhera is a Professional Director (Non-Executive – Independent Director) of the company.
He is a dynamic personality with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from a reputed university. His technical knowledge and expertise are valuable assets to the company.
Mr. Ranjodh (Independent Director)
Mr. Ranjodh is a Professional Director (Non-Executive – Independent Director) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from a well-reputed technical institute in India. He is a highly professional and dynamic individual whose technical expertise and foresight are immensely beneficial to the company.
Mr. Narinder Mohan (Director)
Mr. Narinder Mohan is a Whole-Time Director of the company. He is well known in the industry for his valuable and outstanding contributions.
With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world across various industries, and holding a graduation degree, Mr. Narinder Mohan has been an integral and important part of the Eastman Group. He consistently plays a vital role in the Vitas & Article Division, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and expansion..
Mrs. Darshana Singal (Executive Director)
Mrs. Darshana Singal, enriched with years of experience, possesses an in-depth understanding of the industry. She is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Eastman Group.
Mr. Vineet Jain (Executive Director)
Mr. Vineet Jain is a Non-Executive Director of the company. He is well known in the industry for his valuable and outstanding contributions.
With over 29 years of experience in the corporate world across various industries, and holding a graduation degree in Commerce, Mr. Vineet Jain also serves as a Whole-Time Director at Duropack Ltd., a listed public company.
He has been an integral and important part of the Eastman Group, consistently contributing to the growth of the Vitas & Article Division and supporting the company’s expansion.
Mrs. Vandana Aggarwal (Executive Director)
Mrs. Vandana Aggarwal is well known in the industry for her outstanding contributions. Her innovative ideas serve as a source of inspiration and act as a catalyst for the Group’s success. She has been an integral part of our organization, and through her dedication and efficiency, has helped steer the Group into becoming a trusted name among customers across the globe.
Holding a graduation degree in Commerce, Mrs. Vandana Aggarwal is an active Director at Ozone Overseas Ltd. and also serves as the Managing Partner at Jaycee Overseas Ltd.
