Manufacturing Facilities
Our production facilities include nine forging lines, an upsetter for wheel wrenches, and press forging machinery from Taiwan for cold-stamped spanners. We use automatic vibrator machines to smoothen tools and provide a sparkling finish. In addition, we have in-house plating facilities for Nickel Chrome, Satin Finish, and Zinc Plating. To ensure on-time delivery, we maintain round-the-clock power backup through five DG generator sets with a total capacity of 2170 KVA.
Tool Room
Eastman has an in-house, state-of-the-art tool room for development, equipped with Vertical Machining Centers, Wire Cut machines for press tools, EDM and related machinery, as well as a Pantograph machine. The facility is supported by advanced design software and a team of highly qualified engineers.
Environmental Section
At Eastman, we take our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) very seriously. We are proud to be the only company in the hand tools industry in Punjab with a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and RO Plant, boasting a capacity of 50 KL per day to ensure zero liquid discharge of harmful chemicals. Additionally, we maintain a dedicated green area spanning over 21,000 square yards, reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability.
