Eastman has a modern and well-equipped manufacturing facility where all products are made with care and precision. Our skilled team uses the latest machines to maintain high quality. Everything is done in-house, so we can make sure each product is strong, reliable, and meets the needs of our customers.
Lab & Testing
The fully equipped in house Laboratory is designed to control the Quality Process and give online test results as production goes on for Material testing / Hardness testing / Torque Testing / Crack detector. The Quality inspection program is designed to check and recheck the production quality at each strategic stage of the production process i.e. quality program functions from the Raw material to finished products.
Packaging & Dispatch
Eastman provides top-quality in-house packaging and dispatch facilities, equipped with the latest technology, Our dedicated team of experienced and well-educated professionals ensures smooth and efficient operations, We prioritize safe handling, timely dispatch, and customer satisfaction at every stage
Tool Room
Eastman has an in-house, state-of-the-art tool room for development, equipped with Vertical Machining Centers, Wire Cut machines for press tools, EDM and related machinery, as well as a Pantograph machine. The facility is supported by advanced design software and a team of highly qualified engineers.
Environmental Section
At Eastman, we take our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) very seriously. We are proud to be the only company in the hand tools industry in Punjab with a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and RO Plant, boasting a capacity of 50 KL per day to ensure zero liquid discharge of harmful chemicals. Additionally, we maintain a dedicated green area spanning over 21,000 square yards, reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Warehouse
Eastman has a large and well-organized warehouse to safely store all products. With proper shelving, handling systems, and tracking, we ensure fast and accurate order dispatch. Our trained staff manages everything smoothly, helping us deliver products on time and in perfect condition to customers across India and around the world.
