WARRANTY POLICY

At Eastman, we design our products for a long service life and reliable performance. To provide additional peace of mind for your investment, we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

If a tool becomes defective during normal operation due to faulty material or workmanship within the warranty period, Eastman will repair or replace the defective part without any charge, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Parts Covered Under Warranty

  • Armature
  • Field Coil

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

  1. Normal wear and tear of parts such as Carbon Brushes, Power Cord, Chuck, and other consumable components.
  2. Attachments and accessories supplied with the tool.
  3. Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by any third party.
  4. Damage caused by foreign objects, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper application, or improper handling.
  5. Improper voltage or frequency supply conditions.
  6. Gun and Pipe supplied with Pressure Washers.
  7. Attachments supplied with Vacuum Cleaners.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY TERMS

  • These terms cover the general warranty applicable to the product.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
  • For Vacuum Cleaners and Pressure Washers, warranty is applicable only on the Motor.
  • Warranty can be claimed only once within the first six (6) months from the purchase date for genuine manufacturing defects.
  • A valid Warranty Card and Purchase Invoice must be submitted while claiming warranty.
  • Users are advised to read the instruction manual carefully and follow all safety precautions before operating the product.
  • Eastman shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss arising from improper use of the product.

TOOL SIZE REFERENCE

SAE

SAE stands for Society of Automotive Engineers (USA).

Example: 1/2″ SAE indicates a 1/2 inch distance across the flats of bolts, screw heads, and nuts.


MM

MM indicates the distance across flats measured in millimeters.

Example: 12 MM means 12 millimeters across the flats of bolts, screw heads, and nuts.


WW

WW stands for Whitworth (U.K.) and indicates the diameter of the bolt or screw, not the distance across flats.

Example: 1/8 WW means the bolt diameter is 1/8 inch.


PRICE LIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
  • This price list supersedes and cancels all previous price lists.
  • All prices mentioned are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).
  • Product illustrations and photographs are as accurate as possible but are for reference only and are not legally binding.
  • All orders will be supplied in standard packing.
  • Prices are F.O.R. Destination (up to Transporter Godown) unless otherwise specified.
  • Product models, specifications, features, and properties shown are for reference purposes only and may be changed without prior notice.
  • Interest @15% per annum shall be charged on payments received after 30 days from the invoice date, without exception.
