ECFL takes corporate social responsibility seriously, being the only company in the hand tools industry in Punjab with a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant, ensuring zero liquid discharge of harmful chemicals and maintaining a green area of over 21,000 square yards.
- Well-equipped plant with 9 forging lines including 7 forged Hammers, 1 upsetter for wheel spanner and 1 press forging machinery from Taiwan for Cold Stamped Spanners.
- Eastman also supply to 11 OEM R17 like John Deere, ISUZU, Eicher, New Holland, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors Ltd, AMW, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tafe, Sonalika, Gujarat Forging and Scooter India.
- Having network of 20 Distributors & 200 Dealers across India for hand tools & power tools.
- Eastman has 6 showrooms in India for sale & services of power tools in addition to dealer operated service center across country.
- In order to maintain quality standards in our products from initial stage of raw material selection to final end product we follow all necessary testing procedures like Chemical analysis. Torque, Hardness Test and we also use Universal Testing Machine and 3D Imaging to ensure product quality.
- In-house container stuffing facility with loading capacity of 4 containers per day to ensure appropriate packing to prevent damage during transit.
- Our company is certified by ISO 9001:2008 for quality system & ISO 14001:2004 for environment management system to ensure product quality.
- Our selected range of products are certified by TUV as per German safety standard (GS) & ISI approved by Bureau of Indian Standard.

- Smart Tool Room facilities for Research and development equipped with vertical machining centers, Wire Cut for press tools, EDM & associated machinery and Pantograph machine along with in-house designing software and well qualified engineers.
- Our quality packing comprise of an automatic laser marking machine for brand as well as wrapping machines for strength of carton and protection from moisture.
- Eastman take Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously, and we are the only company in Hand tools industry in Punjab state which has the state of the art facility of Effluent Treatment Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant having capacity of 50 KL per day to ensure zero liquid discharge of harmful chemicals along with a Green Area of more than 21000 Square yard.
- For achieving 100% customer satisfaction we work on PERT model for efficient execution through WAR ROOM.
- We have focus on market research for New Product adaptation to match for customer needs. A team of 5 engineers are on the job for this activity.
- For Eastman customer is always a king hence we have pioneered Customer Services Department (CSD) for 100% customer satisfication.
- To ensure on time delivery we have round the clock power back up through 5 DG Generator sets of 2170 KVA.
- Our quality system management representative ensures actions on customer feedback within 72 hours for better customer services.
- We are planning to install an In-House for manufacturing fully automatic electroplating Line/Plant with the capacity of 80K Pcs per day to ensure product quality.
